We think to know everything about Earth, but we are wrong. Worldwide there are still to many mysteries to solve.

“In
great depth under the Atlantic Ocean, there are the vestiges of a continent
(…)” These are the first words of “Atlantis, the eighth continent”, Charles Berlitz’s bestseller. There are many films, tales and books about Atlantis, the submerged continent and there had been many people that had vainly looked for it, trying in that way to reveal a great mystery, the mystery of its disappearance. Atlantis… Many talked about it, but for someone this name is only a vague recollection, perhaps because they had hear it during their childhood or from the medias. But what we really know about Atlantis? It was an island set beyond the Pillars of Hercules and that it’s mentioned by Plato and, before him, by Solon and Dionysus of Miletus who became acquainted with the island thanks to some tables preserved in Egypt, in Sais’ temple, and now lost. A transcription of these tables would be preserved also in the great Alexandria’s library, centre of the classical knowledge (whose no trace remained). |

The legend tells of an island set in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean (but others set it in Antarctica or identify it with the island of Santorini, in the Aegean Sea, submerged by a cataclysm around 1450 b.C.
Many people regarded this story as a story of fantasy, erroneously ascribing it only symbolic or esoteric meanings.
This people believe in something only touching it by theirselves. Yet, it wouldn’t be the first time that, with a new discovery, the story is rewrite. For example when the archaeologist Heinrich Schliemann discover in 1871 the traces of the mythical Troy, regarded as a legend described by Homer.
In the “Timeo” and in the “Crizia”, Plato talk about Atlantis like a very wide island, whose the Azores’ archipelago may be the last trace.
“ (…) In fact, at that time, it were possible to cross that sea (the Atlantic Ocean – author’s note) because in front of the Pillars of Hercules (now, the Straits of Gibraltar – author’s note), there was an island. This island was larger than Libya and Asia and from this island we could go to the other islands and from these islands to the continent on the other side, around the real sea. (…) In that isle Atlantis, there was a powerful king who dominated all the island and many other islands and part of the continent and, besides, he dominated also this side of the Straits from Libya to Egypt and from Europe to Tirrenia. (…) But later, after a one-day and night earthquake and a deluge, all yours warriors (Athenian) suddenly fell under the ground, and Atlantis, in the same way submerged by the sea, disappeared.” [from “Timeo” of Plato].
An island were raised a great civilization. An advanced civilization whose memory is lost. Conquering, master of the world, but that disappeared in only one night! What was the cause? An unheard-of cataclysm. Perhaps the eruption of a sub oceanic volcano, perhaps the impact of an asteroid with the Earth or a seaquake caused by a moving of the Earth’s axis… Someone think that long ago there were two moons gravitating around our planet; one of them may be attracted by the Earth till it felled on it, giving end to an era. In fact, also the existing moon slowly approaches to the Earth. For the moment we mustn’t be worry about it, but, perhaps, within hundreds of years it may happen the same. A great civilization disappeared, about 12000 years ago, but someone survived.

The continent/island of Mu (or Lemuria), have had the same destiny of Atlantis. This civilization, similar to Atlantis form many aspects, disappeared approximately in the same period of that continent, i.e. around 10.000 years ago, because of a terrible and mysterious planetary cataclysm. Even better, since the causes of this world catastrophe aren’t still clear, we might suppose that this two continents destroyed each other maybe in a war to rule over the world. A recent discovery, done by Japanese archaeologists, had made curious several scholars all over the world. A few Km away from Yonaguni island, to some meters under the sea, they’ve found the ruins of , probably, a big town with temples and pyramids like those of South America. They might be the ruins of a lemurian town? Scientists are studying it and in a few years we’ll know more about this. Also the famous Isle of Pasqua, in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, may be part of Mu. In the map above we can see the different itineraries taken by the surviving of the cataclysm that destroyed the island. These survivors civilized the surrounding continents, originating others civilizations. A typical feature of the inhabitants of Lemuria might be the almond-shaped eyes, feature that we find nowadays in Asia, in the Oceania’s isles and even, partly, in the native American populations like Indians and South Americans.

| In south India especially near the westen Ghats there are lot of such mysteries. In certain places human beings except monks and prophets are not being permitted to cross certain places, One such Place is called chathuragiri. every year on new moon day during August there is a festival. we can see so many sidhhas coming and performing Pooja. More over there are a lot of rare varities of herbs with the powers of shining in the darkness can be seen. the place is near saptur, peraiyur and vatrap. even now the siddha doctors use to go there for collecting herbs for treatment . Moreover the nearby villagers use to harvest the herbs and selling them in the markets like madurai and near by places. There can be seen plenty of king cobras. The Place is similar like kollimalai near Salem. |  |
